Adobo is a traditional philipino dish, and my mom makes some of the best. Bacically it is chicken that is cooked in a delicious sauce that consists of various ingredients. Once the meat is slowly cooked in the sauce it is put on top of the rice with the sauce to flavor it.
2 lbs of chicken 1/2 cup of olive oil 1 cup of soy sauce 1 cup vinegar 2 garlic cloves 3 bay leaves
Step 1. Start to slowly cook the chicken in a pan. Step 2. Add the soy sauce, olive oil, and vinegar. Step 3. Then add the Garic cloves and mix it a little. Step 4. Finally you want to add the bay leaves and let it cook till golden brown.
